Background of the project

This project is to provide 2 sets of orbital continuous ship loader with a capacity of 1000 tons/hour (calculated according to the wheat bulk density of 0.75t/m³) to Guangzhou Port Nansha Grain General Terminal Branch. Including design, manufacture, internal assembly, final assembly, delivery and transportation to the site, installation and commissioning, testing, acceptance and technical services (turnkey)。

The ship loader is installed in the 5,000-ton barge berth of the expansion project of the General Grain Wharf in Nansha Port Area, and the boom can be rotated and luffed. A cover belt type belt conveyor with a width of 1.4m is arranged within the lower gauge of the ship loader tail car, which is connected with the ship loader tail car and climbs and unloads along the tail car. The material is continuously transported by the ship loader. Transfer to the barge hold。
